Human Nature Retreat - August 28-31 2025 Cancellation Policy:
Intentionally Outdoors understands that life happens, and plans sometimes change. The goal is to be as flexible as possible while also honoring the time, energy, and commitments involved in organizing this retreat.
Participants may voluntarily cancel their participation. To cancel participants must email connect@intentionallyoutdoors.com. Refunds may be provided for voluntary cancellations under the following terms:
Deposit
A $400 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If you cancel April 1 - June 28 (More than 60 days before the retreat start date): Any payments made beyond the $400 deposit will be refunded.
June 29 - July 29: 50% of the total payments made by the participant will be refunded (minus the non-refundable $400 deposit).
Less than 30 days before the retreat start date (After July 29): No refunds will be given. However, you may transfer your spot to another person if you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the retreat. Please email connect@intentionallyoutdoors.com
Guided Forest Therapy Walk - Policies
Intentionally Outdoors LLC strives to provide you with an experience to immerse yourself in nature and within yourself. To best serve the goals of the Forest Therapy Walk, there are some policies that all participants are required to follow and some additional guidelines and recommendations to help participants enjoy the benefits of the Forest Therapy Walk and/or to reduce the risk of harm to participants during the Forest Therapy Walk. All participants must review the mandatory policies in advance of the Forest Therapy Walk and must follow all mandatory policies during the Forest Therapy Walk.
Mandatory Policies for Forest Therapy Walk Participants:
All participants must be 18 years of age or older. No minors will be allowed on Forest Therapy Walks.
No pets or personal animals will be allowed on the Forest Therapy Walks. Documented service animals helping individuals with disabilities are not subject to this restriction. Any service animals accompanying a participant on a Forest Therapy Walk must remain on a leash at all times and are responsible proper disposal of their service animal’s waste products.
Participants are prohibited from consuming alcohol during the Forest Therapy Walk or during the entirety of the Spring Awakening event.
Participants are prohibited from consuming non-prescribed medication or illegal substances during the Forest Therapy Walk or during the entirety of the Spring Awakening event. .
Participants are prohibited from taking photos, videos, audio recordings, or otherwise recording the Nature and Forest Therapy Guide and other participants of the Forest Therapy Walk without their prior, written consent.
The location of the Forest Therapy Walk may have additional restrictions or limitations which will be provided to you at or in advance of the event. Some restrictions could include prohibitions on: usage of drones, usage of motorized equipment on trails or paths, collecting or removal of items from nature (including rocks, minerals, archaeological features, etc.), or other restrictions. Participants are required to follow all requirements and restrictions imposed by the location or owner of the property upon which the Forest Therapy Walk occurs.
Participants are to comply with all local, state, and federal laws during the Forest Therapy Walk and may not engage in any unlawful conduct.
Guidelines and Recommendations for Forest Therapy Walk Participants:
Wear comfortable walking shoes and comfortable clothes.
Bring any items with you that will make the walk more comfortable. We suggest water, bug protection, snacks, any prescribed medications you need, sun protection, weather protection, and warm layers.
Silence your phone or other electronic devices or do not bring your devices with you on the walk.
Avoid engaging in loud, aggressive, or otherwise disruptive behaviors during the Forest Therapy Walk. Intentionally Outdoors LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the walk at any time for any reason.
At times, Intentionally Outdoors LLC may need to cancel a scheduled event for various unforeseen reasons, including but not limited to, weather, illness, unavailability of property or licensed guide, etc. Intentionally Outdoors LLC will strive to provide as much notice as possible of any event cancellations, however, no guarantees are provided on the timing of cancellations notices.
